Service scope
MOVO provides an operational maturity assessment, a free snapshot result, and an optional premium report upgrade. The service is intended for business analysis and planning support.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and using the service lawfully and in good faith.
Assessment results
Assessment outputs are informational and directional. They do not guarantee performance outcomes and should not be treated as legal, financial, tax, employment, or regulatory advice.
Premium purchases
Premium report access is granted after successful payment confirmation. Access is tied to the completed assessment result associated with the purchasing account.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with platform operations, attempt to bypass payment or access controls, or use the product to violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
Availability and changes
MOVO may update features, pricing, report structure, and product flows over time. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
Intellectual property
The MOVO product, design, scoring framework presentation, and report structure remain the property of the service owner, except for the business information you provide into the system.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOVO is provided without guarantees of business outcome, and liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant premium report purchase.
