Refund Policy

This policy explains how MOVO handles premium report purchases, delivery issues, and the limited circumstances in which a refund review may apply.

One-time digital purchase

The premium report is a one-time digital product purchase linked to a completed assessment.

Refund expectation

Because premium access unlocks immediately after successful payment, refunds are generally not offered once the report has been delivered, except where required by law.

When support can help

If you experience duplicate charges, failed unlock after payment, or a clear technical delivery issue, contact support so the case can be reviewed.

Scope of review

Refund or correction requests are reviewed case by case based on payment status, delivery status, and the nature of the technical issue.

For purchase or delivery issues, use the support page and include the email address used for purchase plus a short description of the problem. If a review is warranted, MOVO will evaluate the payment and fulfillment state before responding.
